Douglas R. Horn
Douglas R. Horn graduated from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio in 1987, and is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and the Independence, Missouri Chamber of Commerce. Before opening up Horn Law Firm in 1990, Mr. Horn represented corporations, construction firms, healthcare organizations, and insurance companies in a wide variety of complex litigations, giving him valuable insight into how the "other side" works. He now applies this knowledge to helping victims of these very same entities strike back when irresponsibility or greed injures the public good.

Laurie Del Percio
Laurie Del Percio is the Lead Litigation Attorney at Horn Law Firm, and regularly handles complicated medical and nursing errors as well as wrongful death due to car and truck accidents or hazardous conditions. Before joining Horn Law Firm she acted as a defense attorney for insurance companies in personal injury cases, giving her extensive knowledge into the mindset of how these businesses act. Her most recent success comes from a physician failing to properly diagnose cancer, and she continues to dedicate her legal expertise to helping those injured by careless or negligent entities.
